Looks good, same power supply I'm planning on using in the setup I'm gonna get soon.
One thing to always look out for is making sure the fan clears the memory. I couldn't find the clearance on thermalright's site and their compatibility list hasn't been updated with Z77 motherboards. Low profile memory will pretty much always fit (30mm height i believe). The memory you have is 42mm tall, so I'd check the cooler clearance unless you just want to install to DIMM slots 2 & 4 and never use 1 & 3.
Not a huge fan of positive pressure cases with no top exhaust, but to each their own. Crazy vid card. Only 10" though so space won't be an issue in the mid tower case.
Ivy Bridge is still up in the air for me. I've heard there are some heat issues when overclocking, but 4.5Ghz has already been shown to be stable, so whatever.
