I've installed a new mod into the forum to manage files that users upload and wish to share with others. If a file extension you'd like to upload is not supported, let me know and I'll get it updated when I have time.
You can navigate to the Downloads section by clicking "Downloads" in the navigation bar (who woulda thunk it?).
